1) How can we shop in person?

2) When will I get my online order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Delivery varies based on your distance from our shop (Montrose, CA 91020), but is usually 5-7 business days. 

3) What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & PayPal.

4) Do you ship internationally? 

We currently only ship to the U.S. but are working on getting our international shipping up and running!

5) What if I accidentally list an incorrect address as my shipping address?
Please email customer service immediately at with “WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS” as the subject. In the body of your email, please include your name and your “Order Number”.

6) I want to order something, but it’s out of stock! When will you get more products in?
Check back for updated stock, we are constantly updating the store! And sign up for email updates to keep in touch.

7) How will my order ship?
All orders are shipped USPS priority mail with tracking. Orders usually take 3-7 business days depending on your location. We currently only ship to the US.

8) How do I make a return?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt date for an exchange or store credit.

  • Any returns thereafter may be denied.

  • We do not offer refunds on any items.
  • Please send an email to to receive an exchange or store credit.
  • You should expect to receive your store credit within 7-10 business days of giving your package to the return shipper depending on the time of transit back to our headquarters. In many cases you will be issued your store credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 - 7 business days) and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 - 3 business days).

  • All returning items must be returned through traceable mail (tracking number).
  • Customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

  • Should you receive an item as a result of our error, received an incorrect item or defective item, we will send you the replacement item free of charge.
  • All returns must be unworn, with tags (if any), in their original condition and packaging.

No exchanges or store credits will be accepted on any jewelry due to it changing colors, changing your skin color, or natural ‘wear and tear’.

  • All of the products we sell and promote we stand behind 100%. Certain metals, over time, do have a tendency, in some instances, to alter slightly in color or variation due to the metal itself. 
Contact with water, soap or natural oils in the skin against the metal, sunlight, or oxygen are some causes that create the color variation.
